TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRILINEUM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES IF NO AMOUNT WAS PAID).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRILINEUM and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You waive any objection to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
